Meridian Waste North Carolina is throwing a Summer Splash Bash at its Shotwell Landfill to celebrate summer and the start of the new school season with neighbors, local schools, non-profits, and civic organizations to the environmental facility, and to show our appreciation for the surrounding community.

Slow Down to Get Around! Reminder to motorists to drive more carefully when near waste and recycling collection vehicles. By slowing down, drivers protect themselves, the waste and recycling collection workers and other motorists.
At Meridian Waste, the word SAFETY is a verb. Much to the mortification of my elementary school English teacher, I want all of our team members to embrace SAFETY as an action—something we DO every day with every task to ensure you protect your body, your health, and those of your peers, customers, and the greater community.

Key findings include:
Meridian Waste, an integrated announced today it closed on the purchase of Eco Waste Services, Inc., in the greater Greenville, S.C., marketplace.
The acquired assets from Eco Waste Services include a hauling facility located at 512 Hood Rd. in Powdersville, S.C., and commercial contracts in Anderson, Cherokee, Laurens, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, and Spartanburg counties. In addition to waste and recycling collection, the acquisition includes new construction site service lines of business for Meridian Waste with portable restrooms, temporary fencing, portable storage, and portable offices.
