Meridian Waste Announces Winners of 7th Annual Brightening the World Earth Day Coloring Contest
Meridian Waste announced the winners of its 7th Annual Brightening the World Earth Day Coloring Contest. The nationwide contest invited children ages three to 10 from across the United States to showcase their creativity while celebrating environmental awareness and Earth Day.
This year’s contest saw strong participation from families across the country, with 995 submissions reflecting creativity, imagination, and thoughtful interpretations of caring for the planet. Winners were selected across three age categories.
Ages 3–4:
First place: Vihan G., Age 3, Bear, Delaware
Second place: Riyan M., Age 3, Houston, Texas
Third place: Jay P., Age 4, Sacramento, California
Ages 5–7:
First place: Pulkit K., Age 7, Mountain House, California
Second place: Eyleen Z., Age 7, Cerritos, California
Third place: Ashvik S., Age 7, Jacksonville, Florida
Ages 8–10:
First place: Yara A., Age 10, Conway, South Carolina
Second place: Quinn D., Age 10, Ponte Vedra, Florida
Third place: Ariana G., Age 10, Jacksonville, Florida

The Brightening the World Earth Day Coloring Contest is part of Meridian Waste’s ongoing commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship.
