Meridian Waste’s Lunenburg Landfill gladly partnered with the City of Kenbridge, VA on Halloween to pass out candy to hundreds of costumed trick or treaters during the City’s Truck or Treat!

The landfill and hauling company staff went to work transforming one of our roll off trucks into quite an impressive and aptly timed Garbage Eating Monster in celebration of Halloween and the event.

“We find that kids are truly memorized by the mechanical abilities of Meridian Waste’s fleet of garbage trucks & landfill operating equipment so what better way to give back to our community than to give the kids exactly what they want: a garbage eating truck AND yummy candy by the fist-fulls!” said Joe Gustaf, General Manager, Lunenburg Landfill.
