In April, following the Shotwell Environmental Park’s Earth Day Easter Egg Hunt, Meridian Waste donated the remaining Earth Day Goody Bags to the students of the East Wake Education Foundation. There were enough bags to share with all the students and young family members in the Wendell location, the expansion program in Zebulon and a new part-time program in Raleigh. From the smiles on the children's’ faces, the Earth Day goody bags were a HUGE hit!
