The Meridian Waste Shotwell Environmental Park ‘Summer Splash Bash’ returns in August
WHO: Meridian Waste North Carolina LLC, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, is hosting its second annual Summer Splash Bash at the newly-named Shotwell Environmental Park to celebrate summertime and the start of the new school season with family-friendly activities for all ages.
WHAT/WHY: Area children, adults, families, non-profits, and civic organizations are invited to the environmental facility.
“Summer Splash Bash is back,” said Meridian Waste North Carolina Area President Josh Daher. “We’ve had such a great response from the community and want to keep the fun going,” he said. “The Summer Splash Bash is becoming an annual party before school starts. We look forward to seeing neighbors, friends, and families back here for another splash down!”

Waterslides for children
Inflatable obstacle course
Hayride landfill tours
Field day events such as balloon toss, corn hole, and more.
Meridian Waste will provide all attendees with a ticket for a free hotdog or hamburger, and a frozen treat. For more information and to RSVP, please visit our Facebook event page https://fb.me/e/1QDIdPlGX
