It was a gorgeous Fall day in Wentzville, Missouri, on Saturday, October 1, when Meridian Waste Missouri hosted its second annual Picnic in the Park at Quail Ridge Park. One hundred and seventy-one team members and their families joined in a day of food and fun, with laughter flowing throughout the park. Activities included a bounce house, face painting, caricature drawing, yard games, raffles, and of course, eating!
No one left hungry for sure, and many went home with an extra prize from the raffle!
The menu was a bottomless buffet, including: Cotton Candy, Taffy Apples, Kettle Corn, Funnel Cakes, Snow Cones, Root Beer Floats, Nachos, Tacos, Potato Salad, Macaroni & Cheese, Corn, Sausage, Hot Dogs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Garlic Bread, and Sugar and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Drinks Provided: Tea, Lemonade, Water, and Sodas
