Meridian Waste Missouri, LLC, asked for the community’s help to feed those in need by stocking the shelves of The Lake Food Pantry serving Lincoln, St. Charles, and Warren Counties - and they came though!
We are thankful for the many donors who made it possible to fill a local food pantry that provides food for your neighbors in Warren, St. Charlies, and Lincoln Counties. You have made it possible to provide many nutritious meal staples for families in need and have helped spread the word that hunger exists in our backyard.
The Chapel on the Lake Food Pantry and Meridian Waste Missouri are genuinely grateful for the spirit of giving that has captured our community in the past few weeks. Every day many men, women, and children look to local food pantries to provide food. Without your donations, they may have been turned away. We are so grateful for your generosity as we work to close the hunger gap in our community.
And for all of that, we thank you, our neighbors thank you, and the Chapel on the Lake Food Pantry thanks you!
40 Yards to Feed the Community is a Meridian Waste initiative to help fortify the reserves of local food pantries to feed individuals and families. The Company teams up with local food pantries in the communities in which they serve to help their neighbors in need. The measurement of a 40-yard roll-off container from Meridian Waste can collect approximately 23,000-pounds of food or 19,000 meals.
