Keeping the environment clean & green goes beyond garbage service in North Carolina.

In October 2020, we were lucky enough to have five weekends to invite the community for our first annual Charity Pumpkin Patch at the Shotwell Landfill. Pumpkins were available for suggested donations to help raise funds for the community. Attendees were also treated to games, pumpkin painting, and a Touch a Truck field of machinery used at the landfill.

Meridian Waste donated $1,100 to the Triangle Land Conservancy, providing TLC in more ways than one! To read more, please visit our News Room.

TLC strives to create a healthier and more vibrant Triangle region by safeguarding clean water, protecting natural habitats, supporting local farms and food, connecting people with nature through land protection and stewardship, catalyzing community action, and collaboration.
