this Christmas Season -

FORISTELL, MO. (November 16, 2021) – Meridian Waste Missouri LLC, a subsidiary of Meridian Waste, an integrated, non-hazardous solid waste services company, is asking for the community’s help to collect new, unwrapped toys and gifts for Toys for Tots this Christmas season.

Fill the 40 is a Meridian Waste initiative to help collect items for causes in the community by setting a collection goal of filling their largest 40-yard container. Meridian Waste Missouri’s three locations are serving as official drop-off sites for Toys for Tots this year, collecting toys and gifts for children from ages one to 17 to help make the Christmas season brighter for local families.

“We’re proud to help promote and serve as an official drop-off location for our three Toys for Toys campaigns in our service area,” said Area President Gregg Asciutto. “Children are the future of our nation and helping those in need to share the joy of the season is important to our team of waste professionals,” said Asciutto. “We believe that through the efforts and donations from our service communities, we can help instill warmth and comfort this Christmas while positively impacting many young lives.”

Meridian Waste is collecting unwrapped toys and gifts through Friday, December 10 at 4:30 PM at all of its Missouri locations. Each location below includes the corresponding age groups for collections:
