Residential Subscription

Container: 95-Gallon Cart - included in service

Frequency: Once per week

Materials Accepted: All waste materials must be INSIDE the provided cart. Items placed outside the cart will NOT be collected. (Extra carts may be requested for an additional monthly fee.)

Weight Limits: 50 lbs.

Carts MUST be LESS THAN three (3) ft. from the curb and MUST be AT LEAST three (3) ft. away from from any standing object (this includes mailboxes, vehicles, and other waste containers)

Recycling

Container: 95-Gallon Cart - Call for service.

Quantity: One single-stream recycling cart

Frequency: Once per week

Materials Accepted:

Aluminum, tin & steel cans, clear plastics, corrugated cardboard, mixed paper

Call for service. No black plastics, no plastic film, no plastic shopping bags

Please include your valid email address and mobile phone number as Meridian Waste will email you a link to sync (optional) your electronic calendar with your Meridian Waste pick up collection schedule.

A valid email address and mobile phone is also important to notify you of service alerts such as schedule changes due to weather delays, holidays, and other unsafe or unexpected circumstances.

How to Place Carts Curbside

Close cart lid, point handle away from street, place on edge of street. Keep cart 3 feet away from all objects.

Holiday Schedule: If the holiday falls on or prior to your regular collection day, pick-up will be delayed by one day through the end of that week. Holidays Observed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, there will be no change in the regular collection schedule.
