Earth Day Cupcakes

Supplies:
White or vanilla cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
Green and blue food coloring
Cupcake Liners
Cupcake Pan
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to box directions
Divide batter into two bowls
Add blue food coloring to one bowl and green to the other bowl
After placing cupcake liners in pan, alternate green and blue cake mix until each cupcake liner is half full
Bake according to the box instructions
Frost cupcakes or leave as-is!
