Sutton Disposal is now part of Meridian Waste

Effective August 1, 2026, Sutton Disposal has joined forces with Meridian Waste (Meridian Waste Missouri, LLC). The company name is changing, however:

  • The core team will still be handling your route, including Greg Sutton.
  • Your collection schedules aren’t expected to change (except for possible routine operational tweaks to make things more efficient).
  • Your payment process IS CHANGING

Paying Your Sutton Trash Bill

Meridian Waste has multiple methods for you to pay your invoice. You can pay by mail at the remit address below, go eco-friendly and use our online payment portal or contact Customer Care at (314) 291-3131 or [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: Sutton Disposal auto-draft payments are no longer operational. You must register directly with Meridian Waste upon receipt of your first invoice for online billing and auto-payments.

For initial online registration, you will need your Meridian Waste invoice that includes your Account Number and Access Code. If you have not received your new Meridian Waste billing information, contact Customer Care at (314) 291-3131, email [email protected] or submit online Customer Care Request.
