Earth Day Cupcakes

Supplies:

• White or vanilla cake mix

• 3 eggs

• 1/2 cup oil

• 1 cup water

• Green and blue food coloring

• Cupcake Liners

• Cupcake Pan

Directions:

• Mix cake mix according to box directions

• Divide batter into two bowls

• Add blue food coloring to one bowl and green to the other bowl

• After placing cupcake liners in pan, alternate green and blue cake mix until each cupcake liner is half full

• Bake according to the box instructions

• Frost cupcakes or leave as-is!
