Capitol Recycling, and the Shotwell Companies, have been acquired by Meridian Waste as of January 10, 2020.
We are now migrating all Capitol Recycling customers over from the former website to the Meridian Waste website for a number of reasons including upgraded functionality and benefits that we are certain will make doing business with us even easier.

Once you receive your first Meridian Waste invoice which includes your new Account # and Access Code, you can access the Meridian Waste Customer Care Gateway by clicking on My Account at the top.
While the name of the company that is servicing you is now Meridian Waste, the core group of Capitol Recycling drivers, dispatchers, sales and customer care staff are still committed to keeping your streets and businesses clean.
