Meridian Waste provided 95-gallon cart. All items must be in the cart.

Plastics (label #s 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7); aluminum and steel cans; mixed paper (newspaper, magazines, junk mail, office paper, etc.); tissue boxes, cereal boxes, and other clean fiberboard items; and corrugated cardboard (flattened).

Glass, plastic bags, and black plastic NOT accepted curbside
Yard Waste Pickup
Rented container, biodegradable paper bags or bundles tied with natural fiber twine
Maximum ten (10) bags (biodegradable paper), or bundles plus the content of one rented cart.
Collected weekly Mar.–Nov. On Call Dec.-Feb. once per month on the 1st or 3rd service day of the month.
Leaves, grass, branches, bundled limbs
50 lbs. / bag or container.
Maximum ten (10) bags (biodegradable paper), or bundles (tie with natural fiber twine) plus the content of one rented cart per week, no more than 50 lb. each. Bundled stacks of limbs and brush must be less than 18" in diameter and 4' in length.
Bulk Waste Pickup
One item per week Mar.-Nov. on service day at no cost, and Dec.-Feb. on the 1st or 3rd service day of the month, two items per month at no cost. Cost per additional item.
e.g., toilets, sinks, mattresses, carpet, fencing, and large household furnishings
Safe for two people to lift.

White Goods / Appliance Pickup
Materials Accepted: Stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc

Close cart lid, point handle away from street, place on edge of street. Keep cart 3 feet away from all objects.
